With forty on the horizon and my mid-life crisis pending, instead of buying a convertible, I decided to start working out to slim down and get in shape. As I started to work out, I found I needed to shoot for something that didn't involve weight loss. I decided to start doing triathlons. My new goal is to complete the Lake to Lake Triathlon in Loveland, Colorado in June of 2010. It is an Olympic length tri in my adopted home city.
